Requirements:
- 4-6 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting processes, including RTR, OTC, PTP and Tax, or in a similar role
- Very good command of English (min. B2) - essential for client communication
- Very good command of Polish (min. B2) - essential for client communication
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Good command of MS Excel, including report preparation, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and usage/maintenance of VBA macros
- Proven experience in customer‑facing roles, including calls and negotiations
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with a proactive, action‑oriented approach
- Highly developed analytical skills, with strong attention to detail when working with data and reports
- Excellent organizational skills, enabling effective management of multiple tasks or projects with varying deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
- Project management experience will be considered a strong asset
Responsibilities:
- Performing Finance & Accounting and Tax processes within internal and external projects
- Conducting data analysis and providing clear data overviews to support decision‑making
- Participating in and leading client calls, including discussions and negotiations
- Active involvement in various tax‑related projects
- Designing, implementing and driving improvements across business processes
- Supporting engagements related to tax processes
- Participation in indirect tax projects, such as tax treatment and process reviews or transitioning tax processes from the client to the outsourcing partner
- Actively contributing to the Continuous Improvement culture, identifying optimization opportunities and supporting best practices
