We are looking for a candidate with:

• 2-3 years of experience in F&A domain (preferably in accounts receivable)
• Experience in customer-facing roles would an asset
• English C1 and Romanian C1/C2 (essential for client communication purposes)
• Good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office package
• Highly developed, self-organization
  

Your key activities:

• Telephone contact in Romanian (responding to phone calls, e-mails, and queries from the clients)
• Perform cash collection activities – chasing customers, managing open items
• Supporting AR team with payment methods maintaining
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly regular financial reports
• Ongoing e-mail communication in Romanian and English
• Collaborate with other teams and internal customers
