Requirements:

• Fluency in English (C1) and Polish (C1/C2) – essential for effective client communication
• Solid Tax and Accounting knowledge – minimum 10 years of experience in the Tax and Accounting area
• Finance and Accounting Process Excellence – demonstrated end‑to‑end experience in finance and accounting; SAP knowledge is a strong asset
• Extensive Project and Change Management expertise – at least 5 years of hands-on experience, with a strong focus on Finance and Accounting

• Drive capability building: organize and deliver trainings, workshops, and webinars; act as a subject matter expert; and foster Communities of Practice.
