Junior Order Management Officer with English and Polish

Task range:

Requirements:

  • English on at least B2 level
  •  Polish on at least B2 level
  •  About 1 year of experience in similar position (Order Management, Quoting, Customer Care)
  •  Practical knowledge of MS Office
  •  Ability to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders
  •  Ability to focus on deadlines and prioritize day to day
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders in timely and efficient manner (e-mails and phone communication)
  •  Manage orders in SAP – process order changes
  •  Elaborate and discuss challenges with different stakeholders 
  •  Cooperate with internal functions to resolve customer queries
  •  Calculate quote amounts using excel macro and adjust it accordingly to Vendor quotes
  •  Work on daily basis with SAP and SFDC
  •  Active participation in board meetings and knowledge sharing sessions
  •  Ensure Customer Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded
