HR Administration Specialist with Italian

Recruitment stages:

CV check -> Call with the Recruiter -> Skills check (online test(s) and phone language verification - if required) -> Video meeting with Hiring Manager -> Final decision and feedback 

Task range:

Requirements:

  • Italian at minimum C1 level (essential for client's communication purposes)
  • English at minimum B2 level (essential for client's communication purposes)
  • 2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Payroll (preferred in the Italian market)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • At least secondary education
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems
  • Capability to participate in client meetings and manage assigned tasks on time
  • Attention to detail and awareness of GDPR-related aspects
  • Time management skills – multitasking role

Responsibilities:

  • Timely handling of HR-related tickets
  • Accurate logging of all inquiries in the ticketing system
  • Taking ownership of client-reported issues
  • Performing follow-up actions in case of escalations
  • Participating in client discussions regarding HR processes
  • Handling incoming calls – service line
  • Achieving quality goals and SLA targets
