Accounts Payable Specialist with German (PTP)

Task range:

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in the Accounts Payable domain
  • Very good English (minimum B2) – essential for client communication purposes
  • Very good German (minimum C1) – essential for client communication purposes
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to details
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness and confidence to contact customers by phone

Responsibilities:

  • Processing payments, account reconciliation, and analysis
  • Managing bank processes related of payments
  • Handling phone queries in German
  • Conducting open items analysis
  • Communicating and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers, and co-workers
  • Identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Creating and updating SOPs
