Requirements:
- A few months of accounting experience would be an advantage, preferably in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Very good German and English (minimum B2) – essential for client communication purposes
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to understand the bigger picture while maintaining a strong focus on data accuracy and analysis
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, including ad hoc assignments
- Customer-oriented approach with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Managing the dunning process for German-speaking customers
- Handling incoming queries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Performing open items analysis and monitoring outstanding receivables
- Responding to and resolving client queries efficiently
- Identifying process gaps and suggesting improvement opportunities
- Maintaining effective communication and building professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Preparing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
