Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- - Fluent in French and English
- - 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Logistics
- - Higher education diploma
- - Experience in SAP would be an asset
- - Stress resistance
- - Very good teamwork
- - Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
- - Additional experience in procurement domain would be an asset
Responsibilities:
- Work on activities related to supply chain process : PR analysis, PO management, quotes creation, export control licenses management, material sales management, material substitution, , SO/STO, return order flow, delivery dates collaboration, delivery monitoring)
- - Stock level management in SAP system : stock optimization
- - Manual PO Placement
- - Collaboration with suppliers
- - Communication with the Production to give visibility on deliveries
- - Missing parts management
- - Dispute Management
- - SAP parameter setting for optimization
- - Identify risks and set up action by anticipation
- - To interact directly with Suppliers for day-to-day work
- - Interact closely with Front Officer/focal points for any clarifications, complex work, and updates
- - Provide weekly operational reports
- - Document process documentation and standard methodologies
- - Facilitate and/or participate in team and customer meetings
- - Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
