Requirements:
- University diploma preferred, ideally in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) area
- Strong financial and accounting expertise as well as comprehensive, end to end RTR process knowledge
- Proven experience in a Team Leader role (minimum 1 year)
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 would be a strong asset
- Experience in process transitions or migrations will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in managing daily client interactions, including handling escalations
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the transition of RTR processes from multiple countries, including knowledge transfer, stabilization of operations, and embedding standardized ways of working across newly onboarded markets
- Managing team performance to ensure timely and accurate execution of all RTR activities in line with defined SLAs and KPIs
- Monitoring service delivery risks, implementing mitigation actions, and ensuring full adherence to SOPs, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to build capability and strengthen expertise within the team
- Providing day to day operational support to team members in resolving process related issues
- Managing client communication, including handling escalations and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
