Requirements:

• Higher education (e.g. accounting/finance would be an asset)
• Min. 2 years of OTC experience, preferably collection
• Spanish, Portuguese and English languages on min. B2 level
• Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop

Responsibilities:

• Manage collection activities:
• Responsible for managing and collection all the outstanding accounts receivables
• Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
• Initiating written/verbal communication to collect money
• Building relationship with external customers
• Maintaining and reconciling AR accounts
• Collaboration with clients, customers and other department
