OTC Specialist with German

Zakres zadań:

Requirements:

  • Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in OTC, min 2 years
  • Strong spoken and written English and German min. C1
  • Excellent communication skills (facilitation and presentation skills a plus)
  • Good organization, analytical and problem solving skills; logical flow of thought and process orientation Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation; positive outlook, open, honest and ethical
  • Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements
  •  Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, good SAP

Responsibilities:

  • Cash application
  • Performing cash collection
  • Deductions management
  • Credit limit review
  • Support handling legal action and insolvency cases handled by local Accounts Receivable
  • Preparing monthly reporting to support Accounts Receivable Lead
  • Preparing monthly bookings files
  • Preparing of special analysis requested by Accounts Receivable Lead to support better decision making
  • Attending regular team meetings to discuss actual topics
  • Actively supporting end-of-quarter and year-end financial close tasks for subledger Accounts Receivable
