 Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of HR and payroll (ideally in an IT company).
• Practical experience in salary calculations and personnel documentation management.
• Experience in handling copyright matters.
• Good knowledge of labor law.
• Familiarity with the payroll system (we use Symfonia).
• Bachelor's degree in auditing, accounting, or finance.
• Strong communication skills and excellent personal organization.
• At least Intermediate level English proficiency (both spoken and written).  

• Preparing and calculating salaries for employees employed under employment contracts and civil law contracts in the Symfonia system.
• Managing personnel and payroll documentation, including personal files.
• Checking the validity of medical examinations and occupational health and safety training; preparing referrals for medical examinations.
• Preparing declarations for social security contributions (ZUS), PFRON (National Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Fund), GUS (Central Statistical Office), PIT (Personal Income Tax), and PPK (Employee Capital Plans).
• Monitoring changes in labor and social security laws and adapting company procedures to current requirements.
• Participating in HR-related project work, implementing new tools and solutions to streamline HR processes.
• Collaborating with tax and insurance institutions.
• Providing guidance to employees on payroll and labor law matters.
