JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
• Tier
1 Support
• Omni-channel
agent – must be able to support Voice, Chat and email about order issues,
product questions, special offers, eligibility, or other information
• Provide
customers with complete and accurate resolutions to problems
• Make recommendations and sell products
based on the customer needs
• Disposition in GENESYS 100% of
contacts before proceeding onto next contact, documenting the reason for the
contact
REQUIREMENTS
· Tier
1 support with CS, sales and or previous service experience
· A
strong command of spoken, written and listening American English (at least B2)
· A strong command of spoken, written and listening Spanish (at least
B2)
· Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
· Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office
· Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
· Excellent judgment, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
